Hey everyone! We hope you are all doing well in these crazy times. We would to like announce that we too have adapted to the social distancing and want to stay in touch with you and your words – thus, two little announcements:For one, we have created an Instagram account (@ucmpoetrysociety)on which we post prompts that might get you inspired to pick up a pen and get your thoughts onto paper. We would also love to publish your poems, so please send us as many poems as you like (either to our Facebook page or the instagram account)! Even if you don’t write yourself, do check it out, watch out for our poems of the week or enjoy your fellow UCMers poems. @ucmpoetrysociety

A second announcement concerns our biweekly Poetry Nights. We would like to continue those via zoom! The first one will take place next week Tuesday, April 21th at 7pm. The link will be shared soon! As always, you can share poems written by yourself or other poets (any language is welcome!) or you can simply listen! We would love to see you in our new virtual space.Love, The Poetry Society
